Kelsey's birthday!

Kelsey weighed in at 7lbs 6 oz. and was 19 inches long. She had lots of curly black hair just like her big sister Brynnlee did when she was born. She was over all, a very easy baby except one BIG problem. She did not learn how to sleep through the night until she was over a year old...by then, Aleigh was on her way to our family! That was a long time with out sleep but her smiling face, big dark eyes, curly black hair and petite features made it all worth it! We were so happy to have another girl join our clan!
Everyone loved to hold Kelsey. Brynnlee was especially "gentle" with her and Kelsey had her Uncle Matt-Matt tied around his finger from day one! There were many friends and family to spoil her as often as needed....which was real often! Nana was there often, taking care of me while mom mommy recooperated.

Hard to believe that 17 years ago today, Jan 30th, my little Kelsey Anne was born! She had long, black wavy hair and was a petite little thing. She was born with a kind and yet loveable personality and has always stayed that way. She loves to help the person in need. Loves to Dance and oh, did I say, she really loves to dance? She has a lot of passion for dancing and enjoys every minute of it. The harder the class, the happier she is. Kels can do what ever she puts her mind to. If she is excited about doing something, it will get done and done well! Speaking of excited about something, Kelsey has been telling EVERYONE the countdown to her birthday, starting about 3 weeks ago. There was no chance in forgetting today! Not that we would have. Some of her friends planned a surprise party and her sisters were involved in the surprise. It was fun having everyone over...even her surprise guest! She had a great day and she has already started reminding when the countdown will begin for her 18th birthday...yikes!
